The following five rules are said at the end of class when
bowing out, read them and understand them.  They not only
apply to Karate do, but to everday life.

Hitotsu   (Rei-setsu o)(omon-zuru) koto
Be courteous in your manner.

Hitotsu   (Tadashii)(kokoro o)(motte)(seiken to)(suru) koto
Have a strong sense of justice.

Hitotsu   (Kageki naru)(gen-do kooi)(o)(tsu tsu shimu) koto
Be responsible for your words and actions.

Hitotsu   (Ai)(Shinji te)(wasuru) koto
Respect one another.

Hitotsu   (Kyu-do no)(seishin o)(oko-tara zaru) koto
Karate is the way of sprit to develop courage and                          
   ambition to  reach your goals as part of your life.
